If payment of a bill is more than 30 days after receiving it, a 5% fee will be charged with a minimum late fee of $5. If 3 or more bills have been paid more than 1 week after receiving it (or 2 bills 2 weeks after receiving it) within the time period of 1 calendar year, and all future bills paid late will receive a 5% fee with a minimum of a $5 fee.

If the client continues to pay late, any and all agreements between the client and Blue Avispa and/or Karsten Brenneman or other employees of Blue Avispa & affiliates (our/we) can be terminated with no notice. In the event of late payment or cancellations, the client is responsible for requesting specific information regarding their account within 2 weeks of the notice of termination, though the specific term “termination” may not be used in the notice. The client is limited to 5 requests per week, so be sure to ask for things in batches. We maintain the right to deny any request that is not reasonably within our sphere of responsibility.

Cancellation

The client may cancel at any point unless otherwise stated in a contract. In most cases of contract, a minimum of 30 days notice must be given before cancellation.

Privacy

The client is solely responsible for their login information and hosting information.

At the moment we do not use any tracking or cookies or store any information other than what is sent to us through the contact form.
